I-O DATA announced that it will sponsor EVO Japan 2026, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Friday, May 1, 2026, to Sunday, May 3, 2026 (local time), by providing equipment support with the GigaCrysta gaming monitor series.

To maintain stability and fairness in the tournament play environment, the GigaCrysta series LCD-GD271JD will be adopted as the official monitor and used as the unified model for all units.

The LCD-GD271JD is a Full HD (1,920×1,080) 27-inch gaming monitor that supports a 180Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time.

It is equipped with Through Mode, which achieves a low latency of approximately 0.03 frames, and Night Clear Vision, which displays dark scenes clearly. It has obtained NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible certification and possesses the performance required for use in professional esports tournaments.

Additionally, in last year's EVO Japan 2025, the Sony INZONE M3 gaming monitor was adopted as the official monitor.
