Tokyo Verdy eSports has announced that it will hold a summer vacation event for elementary and junior high school students using " Minecraft " at Shibuya e-Stadium!
Schedule A will be held on Monday, August 8 and Tuesday, August 9, 2022, and Schedule B will be held on Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21, 2022, and registration is now open!
Real Minecraft Entrepreneurship and Team Building Experience!
Tokyo Verdy eSports, established in September 2016 as the first Japanese professional sports team to participate in eSports, announces the "Real Minecraft" event for summer vacation only!
This event aims to create learning opportunities for elementary and junior high school students who have played Minecraft before through programming using Minecraft.
On the first day, each team decided on a name, philosophy, and logo for their construction company, and then created their team's building in Minecraft.
In addition, they will use wooden blocks to recreate the buildings created in Minecraft in miniature.
On the second day, after continuing with the miniature creation, each team will present their work.
The event will be held at the Shibuya e-Stadium in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, where the latest gaming PCs and a large screen can be used.
Parents are also allowed to observe the event.
Elementary and junior high school students can break down grade-level barriers and have fun creating things while cooperating as a team in " Real Minecraft.
The educational use of games is attracting attention around the world, and this event may provide an opportunity for children to discover new talents.
