One Million Yen Donation

On March 30 (Tue.) and 31 (Wed.), VTubers from the VTuber group "hololive" will appear in a Nico Nico Live broadcast. The "number of retweets + number of likes x 10 yen" collected from campaign tweets during the broadcast was jointly donated by Cover and Dwango to the "Red Feather National Campaign to Support Welfare Activities under the New Type of Corona Infection". A total of 49,846 campaign tweets (30,420 retweets + 19,426 likes) were posted on the day of the broadcast, and Cover and Dwango donated 1 million yen, double the amount of the total.

At a presentation ceremony held on Thursday, May 13, Motoaki Tanigo, president and CEO of Cover Inc. and Yohtaka Kurita, senior managing director of Dwango Inc. were presented with a certificate of appreciation along with words of gratitude by Atsuo Shibuya, managing director of the Central Community Chest of Japan.
