Bandai Namco Entertainment and FromSoftware have teamed up to announce that "ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN," a spin-off title that takes on a new challenge, will be released simultaneously worldwide in 2025.
The gameplay format is a cooperative survival action game with up to three players (solo play is also possible), where players explore during the day for three days and survive by defeating bosses called "Nightlords" or large bosses each night.

This title is a cooperative survival action game that adopts a completely new game design while being based on the world of "ELDEN RING." Players become various characters, "Nightfarers," and explore the vast field, "Limveld." They will embark on a three-day survival journey, resisting the ever-approaching threats.

The "Nightfarers," who can be called the protagonists of this game, are different from the "Tarnished" of ELDEN RING, but judging from the official trailer, enemies from "ELDEN RING" appear, so perhaps enemies of the Tarnished will also appear?
Character-Specific Traits Are Key! The Battles of the "Nightfarers"
Eight "Nightfarers" with different performances and skills, such as Wylder, Revenant, and Recluse, appear. Tactics that utilize each of their characteristics will determine the outcome of the battle.
