It was revealed that the Nintendo Switch version will be released in April 2026, and the iOS/Android versions in Summer 2026.
The opening movie revealed new characters who will support the protagonist's battles, including:
- Totora
- Rucola
- Cody
- Caraway
- Nakajimana
Obtain Dragonite as an Early Download Bonus!
By playing Pokémon Champions by Monday, August 31, 2026, you can receive Dragonite from the in-game mailbox.
Additionally, by progressing through the game, you can obtain Dragoninite, which allows for Mega Evolution into Mega Dragonite, from the first season's battle pass.
Collaboration Campaign with Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A to Be Held!
A campaign is scheduled to be held where you can obtain Chesnaughtite, Delphoxite, Greninjite, and Floettite within Pokémon Champions.
These can be obtained by depositing the aforementioned Pokémon caught in Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A into Pokémon HOME and then sending those Pokémon on an expedition to Pokémon Champions.
+ Starter Pack with Various Bonuses Goes on Sale
The + Starter Pack is a set containing the main software and various bonuses that can be used in-game.
It allows anyone to start a fulfilling Pokémon battle experience, as you can scout and train many Pokémon from the beginning.
Furthermore, the number of Pokémon that can be stored in boxes will increase.
