Red Bull Kumite 2025, an invitation-only fighting game tournament, was held in Paris, France on April 5 (Sat.) and 6 (Sun.), 2025. Sixteen top players from around the world gathered to compete for the top spot in Street Fighter 6. This year's event, which celebrated its 10th anniversary, was under the concept of "Legends vs Underdogs," and featured a clash between accomplished veterans and rapidly rising young players.
The winner was Big Bird from REJECT!
The winner of this year's tournament was Big Bird, a member of REJECT. He has performed well in many international tournaments in the past, and he showcased his ability in this tournament as well.
Many Japanese Players Participated
Six players from Japan participated in the tournament: Umehara, Bon-chan, Gachi-kun, and Sho as legendary players, and Nyan-Pi and Higuchi as challengers.
