PLAUD NOTE" is a product released by Nicebuild LLC, a manufacturer of high-performance AI voice recorders, and each of them can be used in different ways without sacrificing functionality! In this article, we will review the "PLAUD NOTE".
Let's start with the packaging!
Let's start from the package. The "PLAUD Note Pin" had a chic black package, but the "PLAUD NOTE" is simple and compact, about two sizes smaller than the "PLAUD Note Pin. The matte package is smooth and comfortable to the touch.

At first glance, you may think it is only a notebook. But don't worry, the accessories are attached to the back of the box. The box is also visually pleasing, with no unnecessary decorations.

And surprise! The thinness of this device is unbelievable.
I was surprised that it is possible to make it so thin! It's not even 1cm thin...? It's so thin that if you suddenly flung it on your butt, it would crack. This is a great corporate effort.
There is a " magnetic case " to prevent it from breaking, so those who are likely to break it with their buttocks should be sure to put it on. And thanks to its thinness, it is not bulky, so you can use it with a good feeling.

The Type-C conversion adapter is probably used for the included charger. There are more and more double-sided Type-C chargers these days. This will be useful so that you don't have to worry about charging when traveling.

Turn this button red for call recording and black for normal voice recorder. Of course, the app can generate AI for both, and will do everything from transcribing sentences to summarizing them, so you'll definitely get your own time!
The included magnetic case stuck perfectly with my iPhone 14. It doesn't shift easily, but if you have a thicker case, it may not stick.
The texture of the magnetic case is thick synthetic leather, which gives it a sturdy and calm impression without making it stand out in business situations. It is also fashionably chic, so it will be suitable for any occasion!
Saiga NAKIt's firm synthetic leather, so you have to push it in a little harder to get it in properly, so gals with longer nails than I have to be careful not to break it.

Saiga NAKIt was quite difficult to take the notebook body out of the case, as it required more force than when putting it in. However, there is a hole for the charging port on the back of the case, so there is no particular opportunity to take it out at the moment and it seems to be no problem.
This is the magnetic ring. If the case is not attached to the device, you can attach the "PLAUD NOTE" to the device. The body itself is very thin, so the magnet ring is not likely to increase the thickness of the device.
Saiga NAKIt looks like this. Essentially, you peel off the filter from the blue section and attach it to the terminal.
Let's actually connect to the app!
Install the dedicated app " PLAUD " by reading the QR code in the instruction manual. Once you are in the app, simply click the "Start Recording" button on the note!
The recorded audio will be loaded into the app.
After recording is complete, touch the audio file in the app and select "Generate"! The dedicated "PLAUD" app can be used for free for up to 300 minutes of total recording time!
This is just as accurate as the "PLAUD NotePin". The AI summarizes the recording, which is really convenient and saves me a lot of time when I have to go over it again and again.
Also, the important parts that you want to hear with your own ears are transcribed, and when you touch the relevant part, the audio is played back.
Mind maps are also great for summarizing and facilitating understanding of the meeting.
Because it is an AI, a few mishearing mistakes are not a problem! The AI will deep-learn and transcribe again, so you can make corrections as you go along! And "PLAUD NOTE", you are now a member of Saiga NAK!
What are the differences?
Comparing "PLAUD NOTE" and "PLAUD NotePin", I found that they are both voice recorders, but for different purposes and in different situations.
The " PLAUD NOTE " can record the other party's voice and your own voice during a call with its recording function. It is also flat, so it can be tucked away in a pocket for quick and easy access, and it can be attached with a magnet for smart recording!
PLAUD NotePin, on the other hand, is designed to be worn on the user's person and can be attached to a clip or lanyard. This one does not have a recording function, but has an excellent design and blends in with the rest of your life.
