The first round of the "Capcom Pro Tour 2024 World Warrior Japan," a competition for the right to participate in "CAPCOM CUP 11," will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2024.
This tournament consists of a total of six events: five regular tournaments where points are earned based on rankings, and a final tournament featuring the top eight players in the point rankings.
In the Japan tournament, which is classified as a "Super Region," the top two finishers will earn the right to participate in the "CAPCOM CUP 11" world final tournament, which has a grand prize of $1 million.

The two qualifying spots for "CAPCOM CUP 11" will be awarded to the following players:

• The player whose total points rank 1st after the five regular tournaments are complete.
• The winner of the final tournament, which will be held among the top eight players in the total point ranking from the player's top three participating tournaments, excluding the player who finished 1st in the total point ranking.

Even if you have poor results or are unable to participate in some rounds, continuously participating and earning points increases your chances of qualifying!

1st Round Schedule

The schedule for the first round is as follows:

• Challenge Booth / Exhibition Match Session: Sunday, July 28, 2024. Registration begins at 12:00 PM, with the session starting at 12:30 PM and lasting until the end of matches.
• Public Viewing: Sunday, July 28, 2024. Registration begins at 4:00 PM, with the broadcast starting at 4:30 PM and scheduled to end around 9:00 PM.

NOTE: Participants in the Exhibition Match Session will temporarily exit for a venue change partway through.
