EVO Japan 2024 presented by ROHTO ", one of the largest fighting game festivals in Japan, was held from April 27 (Fri.) to 29 (Mon.), 2024!
Capcom Booth
At the Capcom booth, the "Street Fighter 6" Win-to-Lose Challenge was held. Visitors could play a two-for-one match against each other and continue to play as long as they kept winning.
An "original sticker" will be given away for each match, and an original Gouki T-shirt will be given away for winning five matches in a row.
Another battle unfolded behind the main tournament. The event was a lot of fun, with some players achieving five consecutive wins with Ryu, who is said to be an unfavorable player.
Street Fighter 6 Type Arcade Booth
In addition to the Capcom booth, a Street Fighter 6-type arcade booth was also set up. Bushiroad Games Booth
HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×IMPACT" announced by Bushiroad Games is the first full-scale fighting game based on Hunter Hunter.
At the Bushiroad Games booth, visitors were able to try out the game with six characters. The popularity of Hunter Hunter also attracted many small children and women to the booth.
At the booth, a raffle was held for those who followed the official X (@hunterNI_games ). The booth was crowded every day with visitors who had a high chance of winning a special T-shirt.
SNK Booth
While the main tournament for "THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV" was in full swing, the SNK booth also featured a playground for the latest title, "FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves."
The five playable characters are Rock, Terry, Hotaru, Gryphon Mask, and Pritcha. Marco Rodriguez was also announced for Sunday, April 28, 2024.
The new "REV System" is the highlight of the event. The deep game play and flashy effects will accelerate the excitement......!

At the booth, Terry's photo spot and package designs of previous "FATAL FURY" games were also on display. The latest installment in the more than 30-year-old series, "FATAL FURY : City of the Wolves, " is scheduled for release in early 2025!
