Since Tadikara Co., Ltd. established Amaterasu in Nara Prefecture in June 2019, the team has been working to popularize esports.
It also operates a Type B workplace support office, and it can be said that it has continued its activities so that people with disabilities can also contribute to society.

On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Amaterasu announced that it would be disbanding the team.
On social media, comments have been pouring in, thanking the players for their past activities and wishing them well in their future endeavors.

Many players, such as SCORE (@score33333), who transferred to the REJECT FATAL FURY division in May 2025, and RF (@rfrfrf555), who is active in the Guilty Gear division, have used their time with Amaterasu as a stepping stone to great success.

At this time, there has been no mention of post-disbandment activities, but the members are said to be continuing their challenges and activities individually.
If there are any players you are interested in, be sure to follow their personal accounts and look forward to their future successes.
