Creek & River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter C&R Co.) announced that URS Games Inc., a joint venture company established with Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter Bandai Namco Entertainment), will begin operations on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
In addition to focusing on content business like mobile game development and operation, they also plan to conduct entertainment support business that aids both the entertainment industry and creators.
By combining C&R Co.'s wide range of expertise with Bandai Namco Entertainment's IP deployment, game production, and marketing capabilities, they aim to develop content that is of higher quality and can be enjoyed by a wider range of people.
The company name is derived from the initials of User first, Responsibility, and Sincerity.
