GameWith, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with DIGITAL HEARTS Seoul Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of DIGITAL HEARTS Holdings, Inc. (" DIGITAL HEARTS Seoul"), a subsidiary of DIGITAL HEARTS Holdings, Inc.

GameWith, Inc. has entered into a new strategic partnership with DIGITAL HEARTS Seoul, a subsidiary of DIGITAL HEARTS Holdings, with whom GameWith has concluded a capital and business alliance agreement since June 2022. The partnership aims to support game companies aiming to enter the Japanese market from the Korean game market in the future, thereby spreading awareness of the company outside of Japan, while also attracting advertising orders.


Background of the Partnership


GameWith, Inc. operates " GameWith, " one of the largest gaming media in Japan, with an average monthly PV of 400 million, and continues to grow as its core business. The business model is network advertising andtie-up advertising, and GameWith supports many domestic game companies by leveraging its value as one of the largest game media in Japan. However, the company's recognition overseas is lower than in Japan, and it has few connections with game companies outside of Japan.


Digital Hearts Seoul, on the other hand, not only has connections with many Korean game companies, but also has tremendous influence in the Korean game market. Therefore, by collaborating with Digital Hearts Seoul, a subsidiary of Digital Hearts Holdings, with which we have already concluded a capital and business alliance agreement, we expect to be able to effectively approach Korean game companies seeking to enter the Japanese market and strengthen their marketing in Korea. The partnership is expected to strengthen marketing in South Korea.

Business collaboration will take place in all aspects of sales operations, including providing sales support to Korean game companies, planning and implementing joint seminars and other promotional events, and package sales, utilizing each company's know-how and existing assets.
