Koei Tecmo Games, Inc. filed a damage report with Kanagawa Prefectural Police, alleging that videos from the popular fighting game series " DEAD OR ALIVE " were copied and sold on DVD without permission.
The Kanagawa Prefectural Police sent one suspect to the police for prosecution.


A civil lawsuit is also planned in addition to the criminal case.
