The team-based fighting game, MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, has confirmed its open beta!
It will be held from 12:00am PT on July 24, 2026, to 11:59pm PT on July 26, 2026, and you can participate on both PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store).
MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls Open Beta Confirmed! Starts July 24 at 12:00am PT
Developers have confirmed the open beta for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls.
This large-scale test will occur right before launch, incorporating feedback gained from previous closed beta tests and playable exhibits at events.
The open beta period is as follows:
- Start: July 24, 12:00am PT / 8:00am BST / 4:00pm JST
- End: July 26, 11:59pm PT / July 27, 7:59am BST / 3:59pm JST
For this open beta test, players can control 15 of the 20 characters scheduled for the launch roster.
Notably, Blade makes his playable debut in this build.

Online Matches and Training Mode Unlocked!
Online matches will include both casual and ranked options. Additionally, offline battles, CPU matches, and Training Mode will be available.
Competitive players who love to analyze details will appreciate the inclusion of Training Mode.
Open Lobby Interaction Features Unlocked!
This time, interaction features in the open lobby will also be unlocked.
You can change your avatar's colors and use stamps and emotes, giving the game specifications quite similar to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, which is also developed by Arc System Works.
Episode Mode Also Partially Unlocked!
Furthermore, developers will unlock a portion of Episode Mode.
You can play the first three chapters of the story featuring the Amazing Guardians, led by Spider-Man.
This mode seamlessly blends motion comic-style storytelling with high-octane battles.
If you love MARVEL but feel less confident in competitive play, try the Episode Mode during the open beta.
