Since games are almost always set in a fictional world and many works featuring robots exist, the votes seem to have been quite split this time.

Alongside the Block Set, which ranked 5th, it is a very innovative product that allows you to play by linking an actual Robot, the R.O.B., with the Famicom. Nintendo was truly formidable for releasing this in 1985...

I think many people think of "R.O.B." when they hear the word Robot in the context of Famicom, or even Nintendo in general. However, due to the limits of the Famicom's specs at the time, only two titles, the Gyro Set and the Block Set, were released.
