Nintendo and The Pokémon Company announced that service will end for Pokémon Bank, offered for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, as of Friday, February 26, 2027, at 12:00 PM JST.
The feature to transfer Pokémon to Pokémon HOME will also conclude on the same day.
Service Termination Announced for Pokémon Bank
Pokémon Bank is an application and service for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems that allows players to store and manage their Pokémon in online storage boxes.
Following the closure of the Nintendo 3DS Nintendo eShop on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, new downloads have already ended.

While Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have offered the service free of charge for approximately three years, they announced that service will officially end as of Friday, February 26, 2027, at 12:00 PM JST.
The feature to transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME will also end on the same day.
After that date, players will no longer be able to transfer Pokémon obtained in Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS Pokémon games over to Pokémon HOME.
If you have cherished Pokémon stored in Pokémon Bank, be sure to transfer them to Pokémon HOME as soon as possible.
