Second Year 3 Additional Character, C. Viper, Joins the Battle! Teaser Movie Revealed!
C. Viper will join SF6 as the second Year 3 additional character on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
She debuted as an undercover agent in Street Fighter IV, released in 2008. In SF6, she is working under an alias as a director for SiRN and is also handling the disposal of former Shadaloo associates.
C. Viper Character Introduction
C. Viper utilizes various gadgets and a dazzling array of technical Special Moves to baffle her opponents.
In SF6, she also possesses unique characteristics that allow her to enhance her moves by utilizing the Drive Gauge.
C. Viper Move Introduction
The first Special Move, Thunder Dash, releases an electric shock from a device hidden in her glove.
The travel distance and angle change depending on the strength of the input, making it a versatile tool for any situation.
Furthermore, by spending one bar of the Drive Gauge, she can follow up with a Tracer Combination.
This versatility allows her to perform a Feint or bait the opponent.
Executing the OD version of Thunder Dash also increases the travel distance and reduces the risk when blocked.
The second Special Move is the flame-based Burning Kick, where she leaps forward using shoes equipped with a special device.
The travel distance changes based on the strength of the button input, and she is safe from counterattacks even if the move is blocked.
After Burning Kick hits or is blocked, she can spend one bar of the Drive Gauge to perform an additional attack: Knuckled Pursuit.
She can also use Double Burn to apply pressure, which leaves her in an advantageous position even after being blocked.
The third Special Move, Seismic Hammer, is an attack that delivers a shockwave to the opponent using a vibration gadget concealed in her glove. The attack distance changes based on the button input.
This move can also be used as a Feint, making it effective for poking and combo links.
Saving Force, a new move for C. Viper in this installment, deploys a defensive barrier in front of her that can absorb the opponent's attacks.
After successfully blocking, it automatically transitions into a kick, but she can also cancel the action with a forward step.
When used skillfully, it is effective even against Drive Impact.
High Jump consumes one bar of the Drive Gauge but allows her to jump higher than usual.
Since it can be chained from various moves, it is extremely difficult for opponents to defend against.
C. Viper's Super Arts Introduction
Level 1 Super Art Limit Decoupler maximizes the capabilities of her gadgets, allowing her to unleash various moves without consuming the Drive Gauge for a limited time.
It is also effective during a Burnout state, but it consumes the entire remaining Burnout timer.
Level 2 Super Art Mission Complete is a dazzling move that utilizes all of her gadgets.
Since she is fully invincible upon activation, you can use it in desperate situations or as a combo finisher.
Level 3 Super Art Hard Luck Rejector is a powerful move that can instantly turn the tide of a match.
Incorporate it into combos to reliably inflict massive damage.
C. Viper's Outfit 2
C. Viper's Outfit 2 features a business suit and a distinctive red braid.
You can obtain it by maxing out her bond in World Tour or by purchasing it from the Shop.
This new fighter, C. Viper, will be automatically unlocked upon release for those who have purchased the Year 3 Character Pass or the Year 3 Ultimate Pass. Those who do not own a pass can also purchase the character individually.
