TAITO CORPORATION has announced a franchise agreement with HITEK AMUSEMENT LIMITED to bring Taito Station to Hong Kong for the first time.
Friday, December 15, 2023 marks the opening of the first location, Taito Station NINA MALL.
Established in 1953, TAITO CORPORATION (formerly Taitoh Trading Co., Ltd.) is celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2023.
Starting with the oldest Taito Station in Japan, Taito Station Ikebukuro Rosa, TAITO currently operates 160 Taito Station locations across Japan.
Taito Station NINA MALL will leverage this operational expertise while tailoring the experience to the local region—featuring popular prizes from Japan alongside Hong Kong's favorite carnival game, Rainbow—to win over local fans.
TAITO CORPORATION has commented that it hopes to use the opening of this first Hong Kong location as a springboard to improve brand recognition for Taito Station overseas.
