A collaboration with the "eFootball" series, a soccer game celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and a major update for "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links" were among the announcements.
"Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game" x "eFootball" Series Collaboration Confirmed! Teaser Trailer Released
A collaboration has been confirmed between the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game," the `eFootball` series, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and `eFootball CHAMPION SQUADS`, which features cards of popular players from around the world.
The collaboration is planned for three "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game" titles: "Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game," "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links," and "Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel."
To commemorate the collaboration, a teaser trailer featuring Neymar and five members of the French national soccer team, who are ambassadors for the "eFootball" series, was released.
More details about the collaboration will be announced at a later date, so we'll have to wait for the next report!
A Major Update for "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links" Will Renew the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters" World!
A major update for "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links" is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, which will renew the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters" world.
Following the renewal, original anime episodes will be available in "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links."
In addition, not only will familiar spots from the anime be recreated in the game world, but many new card effects are also scheduled to be introduced.
There are also plans to distribute cards to commemorate the renewal, so we can look forward to that as well!

A new key visual has been revealed for "The Fallen & The Virtuous," a currently airing episode of the promotional short anime series "Yu-Gi-Oh! CARD GAME THE CHRONICLES" (with Episode 3 now available).
You can enjoy the second half of the "The Fallen & The Virtuous" story from September to November 2025.
Additionally, the four-part episode "Spirit Charmers" is set to be released starting in December 2025.
