Pre-orders for the “ROG XBOX Ally X20” are now open! ROG 20th Anniversary Commemorative Model
The “ROG XBOX Ally X20” is a portable gaming console commemorating the 20th anniversary of the ROG brand.
It features a translucent body combining black and gold, with the 20th-anniversary logo and gold accents on the back.
Features the series’ first 7.4-inch OLED display
PR TIMES
For the first time in the ROG Ally series, it features a 7.4-inch OLED display called the “ROG Nebula HDR Display.”
It has a resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 pixels and delivers a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 0.2 ms response time.
It has a maximum brightness of 1,400 nits and supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1400 and Dolby Vision.
Corning Gorilla Glass Victus covers the display, while Corning Gorilla Glass DXC is used on the surface to reduce glare.
Features a TMR joystick and an adjustable D-pad
The controller features a “TMR joystick ” that detects input using magnetic technology.
Because it is contactless, it helps prevent stick drift caused by wear and tear over time, and power consumption has been reduced by approximately 75% compared to the previous model.
The D-Pad is adjustable, allowing you to switch between 4-direction and 8-direction input.
You can adjust the control scheme to suit the game—for example, using 4-direction input for retro games and 8-direction input for fighting games or precise command inputs.
In addition, the ABXY buttons and grips have been redesigned to provide a shape that minimizes fatigue even during long gaming sessions.
Powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme
The system is powered by the " AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme " processor.
Equipped with 24GB of LPDDR5X-8000 memory and a 1TB SSD, it can handle simultaneous tasks such as playing resource-intensive games and live streaming.
The cooling system features a redesigned ROG Intelligent Cooling System.
Compared to the previous model, the fin volume has been increased by approximately 11%, and airflow has been improved by approximately 20%.
A special bundle including AR glasses and other accessories is also now available.
The " ROG Xbox Ally X20 Bundle " includes the console, the "ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20" gaming AR glasses, and a Pelican protective case.
It also includes dbrand Killswitch accessories such as a protective case, a travel hard case, skin decals, and a stick grip featuring the ROG logo.
When connected to the AR glasses, you can enjoy games on a virtual screen equivalent to up to 171 inches.
