Pecola" is a craft cola syrup created by Pecora Usada (@usadapekora ) as part of her "Usatization Project". The cola syrup, with a complex flavor achieved by blending aromatic spices and herbs, is produced by "U Products," a natural syrup studio in Nabari, Mie Prefecture. The refreshing taste, which is mainly made with domestically grown lemons and cardamom, makes it easy to drink for craft cola beginners. In addition to soda water, it is also recommended to drink it with milk or hot water, or pour it over yogurt! The "Pecola" label was illustrated by Bukubu Okawa (@bkub_comic ) of "Poppetepic" fame.
