The brand-new RPG REYNATIS, which features combat that switches between Suppression and Liberation modes, was released on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
It is a unique high-speed action RPG set in a realistically recreated Tokyo and Shibuya.

Story Overview
In this world, there are those who can use magic and those who cannot.
The wizard minority are regarded as dangerous, an object of fear for the general public. Wizards are forced to hide their true identities and live in seclusion.Shibuya, Tokyo, 2024
A voluntary night-time curfew has been set by the Criminal Magic Response Act, but already it's nothing more than a formality that few people follow.
Marin Kirizumi has lived his life oppressed for being a wizard.
Believing in the words of his father—“You'll be set free as long as you become the strongest”—Marin Kirizumi sets off to Shibuya to obtain his freedom.
When Sari Nishijima came into her magic, she decided to use that power for the sake of order.
She enforces her own sense of justice in order to protect Shibuya from illegal drugs that turn people into monsters.
The story begins when Marin, who has been suppressed against his will, and Sari, who suppresses others to uphold justice, meet in Shibuya—a melting pot of ideologies.
Main Characters
Marin Kirizumi
He is one of the protagonists, a 19-year-old university student. Since awakening as a wizard, he has suffered all kinds of oppression, and his goal is to become “the strongest wizard that no one can defeat” in order to be liberated from that oppression and gain freedom.
Sari Nishijima
She is one of the protagonists, a young member of the M.E.A.'s Magic Task Force. In the past, she worked as a public face for M.E.A., but she disliked that position and volunteered to be dispatched to the field. As a result, she was attacked by a monster and hovered between life and death, awakening as a replica, an acquired wizard.
Nika Meguro
She is an 18-year-old high school student who awakened as a wizard when she was caught up in a kidnapping and hovered between life and death. However, when her friend found out she was a wizard, she was forced to quit the track and field club. She seems to have been absent from school frequently since then. She appears to be cooperating with Owl, a group that supports stray wizards, for a specific purpose.
Moa Fukamachi
She is a 20-year-old wizard who is a fan of Michiro, the founder of Owl. She seems to have been picked up by Michiro when she was in despair.
Kiichirou Ukai
He is an enforcement officer who works with Sari's team and is considered the team's intellectual. He joined M.E.A. because he was feeling constrained by the life of hiding his magic.
Masayoshi Dogo
He is a 32-year-old man who holds the aesthetic of a good old-fashioned Japanese man, and he was assigned to Sari's team as a problem child. He seems to overcome battles by relying on his own fists, despite not being able to shake off his fear of magic.
Michiro Kujirai
He is the founder of Owl and a natural caretaker with extensive connections. He seems to have contact with the wizards in Shibuya and holds a lot of information.
Soku Makabe
He is the leader of the Magic Guild of Japan, which opposes M.E.A. He acts to protect the human rights of wizards and maintain order in the Japanese magic world, and he leads the legacies, who are congenital wizards.
Sayoko Dogami
She is a legacy and the Chief Deputy of M.E.A., but she seems to be poor at combat and avoids fighting. She started a business in the past, but slandering and defamation flooded in because she was a wizard. After transferring the company, she joined M.E.A.
Game System
The concepts of Suppression and Liberation are also central to the game's core system.
Battle
In battle, there is an Suppression Mode and a Liberation Mode. While no attacks are possible in Suppression Mode, enemy attacks become entirely slow, making evasion easy.
In Liberation Mode, it is possible to attack all at once, but because you become defenseless, the timing of the switch is crucial.
Furthermore, in battle, you can switch between a maximum of 3 characters. In Marin's chapter, you can use Nika and Moa, and in Sari's chapter, you can use Ukai and Dogou. The switched character remains for a short time and fights alongside you.
Exploration
Suppression Mode and Liberation Mode also apply during exploration. In Suppression Mode, conversations with general citizens and quests occur when you hide your identity and act.
In Liberation Mode, exploration using magic and fast movement become possible, but there are also disadvantages, such as being reported by citizens.
Wizarts
Wizarts are like graffiti art drawn throughout Shibuya, and two types exist: Skills and Abilities.
Skills allow you to use special techniques and long-range magic, while Abilities improve your stats.
Malice Level
The Malice Level is the visualization of the malice toward wizards. Areas filled with the Malice Level have disadvantages, such as being unable to obtain Wizarts, so it must be reduced through subquests and other means.
Stress Level
The Stress Level accumulates depending on the content of conversations and other factors. The higher it is, the higher your attack power increases, but if it exceeds 100%, you are forcibly sent into Liberation Mode, so management is key.
The Stress Level can be lowered with food and drinks.
