Cygames, Inc. released the next-generation mobile card game "Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond" (hereinafter, Shadowverse WB) worldwide on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
After approximately a year-long delay, a new chapter in card game history with various new elements has begun.
"Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond" Released!
Cygames, Inc. has released "Shadowverse WB," an online competitive digital card game playable on smartphones and PC.
While inheriting the world of "Shadowverse," which was released in June 2016, this is a completely new title with new classes and systems added to the traditional rules.
Many New Elements Enhance Battles and Non-Battle Content
"Shadowverse WB" implements numerous changes from its predecessor, "Shadowverse."
- Bonus Play Points: Only usable by the second player. Can increase Play Point by 1 for two turns per match.
- Super-Evolution: A more powerful evolution than regular evolution, with effects exclusive to Super-Evolution.
- Abysscraft: A new class combining the characteristics of the traditional Shadowcraft and Bloodcraft.
- Shadowverse Park: A place where users can interact with others in three areas: Lobby, Guild Lounge, and Rooms.
- Exchange Ticket: Rarely dropped when purchasing card packs. Can be exchanged for one of the following: a Leader Set, Card Style & Home Screen Background Set, or Visage Set.
These new elements are just a small part of what's new.
