We are reporting on the booth exhibitions at FUKUOKA Game Creators Next, an event held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Fukuoka City Science Museum, which was a huge success with people of all generations!
GFF AWARD 2026 Finalist Titles Hands-On Booth
First, we started at the hands-on booth for the GFF AWARD 2026 game software finalists! The titles you can play here include the following four works nominated for the GFF AWARD 2026 Grand Prize:
- Habatake! Chibi Dora Grand Prix
- Utsushiyo: Onmyo no Kagami to Hiyo no Miko
- Kirisomezanka
- Battlog

Every game was very popular, and there was a long line of people wanting to try them out. Including the Grand Prize winner Battlog, every work is definitely worth playing!

There was a space where you could play a demo of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising! I snapped a photo just as Anila was appearing on screen.

Next, we headed to the CyberAgent, Inc. booth.
Trial lessons for a programming school were being held at the booth. Future game creators might be born from here!
THIRDWAVE CORPORATION
The last of the sponsor booths is THIRDWAVE CORPORATION.
They exhibited the latest gaming PCs equipped with the AMD Radeon RX 9000 series. The red and blue lights against the black base look incredibly cool.
It was also possible to play a demo of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising here. It looks like you can enjoy it without any stress when playing on the latest PC setup.
Game Creation Experience Workshop
Leaving the sponsor booths, the next place we visited was the Game Creation Experience Workshop. Using Game Builder Garage, parents and children can learn while enjoying game production together.
Standing at the podium is Kenichi Nakashima of the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Commerce at Fukuoka University. All the children are leaning forward, focusing intently on game production.
In addition to this, an Unreal Engine Learning Workshop was also being held for high school students and older.
In another room, a broadcast of a special game dialogue featuring Hiroyuki, Naoki Yoshida of Square Enix Co., Ltd., and Akihiro Hino of LEVEL5 Inc. was taking place. Many people were inside, and there were also many standing to watch. Everyone was glued to the dialogue that could only be seen here.

Finally, we will report on the Fukuoka City game company booths!

Inside the booth, many people were playing a demo of Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.! I understand the feeling of wanting to choose Broly.

Next is the Qmax Inc. booth!
There were hands-on demo areas for Machorium -Muscle Aquarium Simulator- and Muscle Scooping. Your entire field of vision is filled with muscles.
There was also an exhibition of the puzzle game Match 3 Go (provisional name) currently under development, making it a booth with far too much variety.

Let's check out the auryn corporation booth, which manufactures collaboration products with games and anime!
Collaboration products with the Gundam series and NieR series are on display.

The keyboards REALFORCE GX1 Plus Z Gundam and REALFORCE GX1 Plus Hyaku-Shiki were exhibited! The colors of the mobile suits are reproduced exactly, and every time I hit the keys, I am reminded of scenes from the anime.

The middle tower airflow case NZXT H5 Flow NieR SQUARE ENIX 15th Anniversary Edition is also on display! Both Kaine and 2B are cute.
A campaign for visitors is currently being held.
Exclusively for visitors, the following campaigns were being held:
- Respond to the survey to get a Nekomugi Tororo (@tororo_vtuber) sticker
- Post on social media to get a limited Nekomugi Tororo puzzle
Additionally, there was an event where you could participate in a raffle to win Aurin goods by answering a survey.
