With the release of the game software “Sanrio Party Land” just around the corner on Thursday, October 29, 2026—marking the landmark first title under “Sanrio Games,” the new game brand from Sanrio Co., Ltd., known for characters like Hello Kitty and Pompompurin—a press conference was held to unveil the new TV commercial.
Appearing at the press conference were Naniwa Danshi members Daigo Nishihata, Ryusei Onishi, Shunsuke Michieda, Kyohei Takahashi, Kento Nagao, Joichiro Fujiwara, and Kazuya Ohashi.
In addition to sharing their thoughts on appearing in the TV commercial and behind-the-scenes stories from the shoot, they also demonstrated how to play mini-games from “Sanrio Party Land.”
Ohashi, who says he loves cooking, demonstrated his lightning-fast apple-peeling skills in the game as well.
He earned a “Platinum” rating, showcasing the appeal of “Sanrio Party Land,” a game that anyone can easily enjoy with friends.
They also took on a real-life mini-game based on the in-game team “Pudding and Secret Toppings.”
Naniwa Danshi placed strawberries on a cake while playing a game similar to “Red Light, Green Light.”
They got the audience excited with an incredibly cute stage performance featuring Pompompurin.
