On the first day of Business Days, a media presentation was held for“Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Strongest Species” (hereinafter “Shangnana”), a mobile and PC game developed by Netmarble.

On the first day of the business days at “Tokyo Game Show 2026,” a media presentation was held for “Shannana,” a smartphone and PC game from Netmarble!
The original “Shangri-La Frontier” (hereinafter “Shangfro”) is a popular IP that began as an online novel and has since expanded into various media, including manga and anime.
At the start of the event, Development Producer Kim Kyung-ryuland Head of Japanese Operations Yamashita Yamato took the stage.
Following their opening remarks, the media press conference began.
Four Highlights of the “ShannaNa” Mobile Game! The Popular “ShangFuro” IP Comes to Gaming
The new mobile game “ShannaNa” is a switch-battle RPG where players fight by switching between two characters.
During the game introduction, the four highlights of “ShannaNa” were revealed!

The protagonist, Sanrak, dives into the world of the “divine game,” the original “Shanfro”
In “ShannaNaNa,” the game adaptation, players can take on the role of the original protagonist, Sanrak, and log into the world of “Shanfro.”
Special guest appearance by popular cosplayer Enako! She actually plays “Shanna-Nana”
After the game introduction, popular cosplayer Enako ( @enako_cos ), dressed in a red dress, took the stage!
She couldn’t hide her excitement at being the first person in Japan to play “ShannaNa.”
She selects Story Mode and jumps right into the game!
The story begins under the cherry blossoms, with Sanraku and the others challenging the seven strongest “Weatheremons” to battle.
The voice actors’ powerful performances really shine…!
In the tutorial battle, she switches between characters to attack!
Even though it was her first time playing, Enako quickly got the hang of the controls.
The story unfolds while following the original plot.
The protagonist, Sanraku, is a “ Crap Game Hunter ” who’s spent his life playing nothing but “crap games.”
The MC couldn’t help but comment on the blunt use of the term “crap game”—a word you wouldn’t expect to hear at the Tokyo Game Show—and Enako couldn’t help but smile.
In the battle that restarted, she overwhelmed the enemy with coordinated attacks!
She unleashed special moves with swipe controls and secured a splendid victory.
Finally, she took on the boss battle!
She defeated the snake-like monster and brought the gameplay to a close.
When asked for her impressions, Enako smiled brightly and said, “There’s so much to do—tapping to perform combo attacks… But the controls are simple, and it’s exhilarating and fun!”
“I was so moved to see the characters moving! As a fan of the original work, I was really happy,” she added, expressing her love for the source material.

At the end of the event, messages celebrating the game’s release arrived from the original author, Kō Rina ( @BOSH_JP060 ); manga artist Ryōsuke Fuji; and voice actor Yuma Uchida ( @yuma_u_official ), who plays Sanraku.
