I hope that the Tokyo eSports Festa will further expand the scope of the industry and help to further develop related industries.
Comment from Hideki Okamura, Chairman of Japan eSports Association
PR TIMESI believe that e-sports is one of the solutions for a symbiotic society that transcends national borders and deepens human ties.
This year is also a commemorative year for the implementation of e-sports as an official medal sport at the Asian Games.
I believe that the reason why the Tokyo eSports Festa has become a more substantial event each time it is held is because eSports is expected to have economic effects from many directions.
