In response to the state of emergency declaration issued on April 7, 2020 for Tokyo and seven other prefectures, Arc System Works, Inc. announced that it will switch to telecommuting.
The switchover is scheduled to be completed by April 10.
Arc System Works, Inc. will begin telecommuting on April 8, complete the switchover by April 10, and close its offices until May 6, 2020 (Wednesday), the deadline for the emergency declaration to take effect.
The company will continue to provide product support, but it is anticipated that it will take some time to respond.
