NAMCO BANDAI Entertainment Inc. announced the cancellation of an event that was scheduled to be hosted by NAMCO BANDAI Entertainment by March 15, 2020.
Cancellation, not postponement
The decision to cancel the event is based on the confirmation of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in Japan and the government's basic policy on countermeasures.
The event to be canceled is not currently scheduled to be held on a different date or at a different venue.
The Tekken Pro Championship Japan-Korea 2020, to be held on February 29, 2020, will be held as a non-spectator event and will be distributed.
The events to be held by Namco Bandai Entertainment Inc. after March 16, 2020 (Monday) will be announced as soon as they are announced.
The events that will be canceled and the corresponding measures will be as follows.
