Phoenix Cyclops, who believes in absolute justice, attempts to control the Phoenix Force to prevent the extinction of the mutant race.
As a contrast to his overwhelming power, his visual design is slightly youthful, and his costume—inspired by the original comics—expresses the transformation of an idealistic leader gradually being consumed by that power.

Cyclops is an all-around fighter who excels at long-range attacks with his Optic Blast and close-range strikes.
In addition to wide-area attacks using the Phoenix Flame, he can use projectiles, dashes, throws, and setup moves.
Furthermore, continuously using the Optic Blast accumulates “ Solar Shards,” and collecting four of them enables “ Dark Phoenix Transformation.”
Inspired by the comic *Avengers vs. X-Men*, this system provides an instant power-up, though it comes with the risk of depleting health.
