Sony Network Communications Inc. has launched its new option "PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Japanese Version for NURO" for its high-speed fiber-optic internet service "NURO Hikari."
Concurrent sign-ups offer special benefits that bring the effective price down to 980 yen (tax included), alongside a campaign to win PlayStation 5 (hereafter, PS5)-related prizes.

Offered as a monthly optional service for "NURO Hikari," "PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Japanese Version for NURO" is a service that allows you to lease a PS5.
With this renewal, the usage fee is lower than before, making it available for 1,500 yen (tax included) per month during the 3-year continuous contract period.
Additionally, a 2-year extended warranty service complements the 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Since the service discounts 520 yen (tax included) every month for 3 years from the monthly basic fee of the fiber-optic line, you can use the option fee for an effective monthly price of 980 yen (tax included).
Furthermore, the basic construction fee of up to 49,500 yen (tax included) becomes effectively free, and you can also use benefits that reimburse up to 60,000 yen (tax included) for contract termination fees and remaining construction fee balances incurred when switching from another company's service.
