OPENREC.tv, a game video distribution platform provided by CyberZ, will broadcast the "TOPANGA CHAMPIONSHIP" live from Saturday, February 8, 2020.
What is TOPANGA CHAMPIONSHIP?
"TOPANGA CHAMPIONSHIP" is an online and offline tournament using Capcom's popular fighting game "Street Fighter V Arcade Edition" hosted by TOPANGA Co.
The online preliminary round will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020, followed by the offline main league from Monday, February 17 to Sunday, February 23, 2020, and the offline final league from Thursday, March 13 to Sunday, March 15, 2020.
The Offline Main League will be held in two blocks of nine players each, and the first three finishers will advance to the "Offline Final League".
In the offline final league, the top three players from each of the two blocks who advance in the main league will compete in a round-robin tournament for a total of six players.
Prize money will be awarded to all finalists.
- First place: 2,000,000 JPY
- 2nd place: 800,000 JPY
- Third place: 400,000 JPY
- Fourth place: 150,000 JPY
- 5th place: 100,000 JPY
- 6th place, 50,000 JPY
