HoYoverse has started recruiting participants for the “Starfrift Test” beta test for the new slow-life game Petit Planet.
It will be held starting Tuesday, April 21, 2026, on PC, iOS, and Android.

Petit Planet is HoYoverse's first slow-life game that combines life simulation, creation, exploration, and multiplayer experiences.
Players take on the role of Planet Tenders, obtaining their own planets where they can spend relaxing days with residents while exploring the sea of stars.
In addition to farming, fishing, clam digging, and cooking, players can also freely change the design of their homes and the terrain.
As the bond with residents deepens and the planet grows, Luca, the source of the planet's vitality, can create rich terrains and landscapes.
In “Starfrift Test,” new residents with unique personalities, stories, and dreams appear.
Players can enjoy rich interactions, such as inviting residents to their planet, having heartwarming conversations, and exchanging gifts.
Additionally, new content has been added to the Star Market and the exploration of the sea of stars.
By utilizing the Starsea map, players can also explore various Starlands with residents.
The Star Market continues to be the center of interaction, where players can make wonderful memories together.
“Starfrift Test” is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, on PC, iOS, and Android.
Those who wish to participate should complete a survey on the official website; participants will then be selected via a lottery from among the respondents.
Additionally, limited rewards are available for those who pre-register.
