Metagross Has Arrived in Pokémon UNITE!
On Tuesday, December 26, 2023, Metagross joined Pokémon UNITE! Known in the mainline Pokémon series for combining strength and popularity, Metagross is sure to make a big impact in Pokémon UNITE as well!
- Passive Ability: Clear Body
- Move 1: Meteor Mash or Gyro Ball
- Move 2: Zen Headbutt or Magnet Rise
- Unite Move: Compute and Crush
Metagross's passive ability, Clear Body, shortens the duration of hindering effects received the more opposing team Pokémon are nearby. This makes Metagross fully capable of fulfilling its role as a tank protecting its allies.
Its Unite Move, Compute and Crush, grants a shield effect based on the number of opposing team Pokémon nearby and deals damage to the opponent with the lowest HP. When there are 3 or more opposing Pokémon nearby, it generates an additional effect that creates a wall surrounding itself, so aim for combos that deal massive damage in cooperation with your allies.
A login event is currently underway to celebrate Metagross's arrival. Since you receive a Rental License – Metagross on the first day, anyone can try out Metagross right away.
