Bushiroad Co ., Ltd . has announced the formation of a new esports team for the next-generation digital card game " Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond " (hereinafter "Shadowverse WB"), developed and operated by Cygames Co., Ltd.
The team will consist entirely of female players and is scheduled to compete in the " Shadowverse Premier Series 27-28," which kicks off in August 2027.

Bushiroad, known for its numerous trading card games, has established a new all-female esports team for the digital card game " ShadowverseWB "!
This team was launched by Bushiroad in alignment with Cygames’ vision to “energize the community of female players” and “create a series where women can also thrive.”
It was also announced that the team will compete in the “Shadowverse Premier Series 27-28,” which begins in August 2027.

If you pass the selection process and are selected by a team through reverse selection or the draft, you can compete regardless of whether you’re a pro or an amateur!
- Eligibility: Anyone who plays ShadowverseWB, regardless of professional experience
Standard Selection Process
As in the 26-27 season, the selection process will be conducted in stages.
Those who pass the selection will be eligible to participate as draft-eligible players in the draft meeting scheduled for June 2027.
VTuber Selection
The selection process will be conducted in stages, from the initial application review to the second round.
Those who pass will participate as “draft candidates” and will continue to work on assigned tasks leading up to the draft meeting, scheduled for June 2027.
Women’s Selection
All applicants who pass the initial screening will become "Draft Candidates." After completing the assigned tasks, they will participate in the draft meeting scheduled for June 2027.
To strengthen the gameplay skills and content creation abilities (such as video uploads and live streaming) required of Premier Series players, coaching sessions and tournament participation are scheduled approximately once or twice a month.
About the Draft Meeting
Draft meetings will be held for audition passers in each of the following categories: General Selection, VTuber Selection, and Women’s Selection.
Additionally, new teams may directly select one audition passer who has expressed a desire to join their team prior to the draft meeting.
A reverse selection system will be applied, granting the team priority negotiation rights.
" Shadowverse Premier Series 27-28 " will feature a new all-female team.
