TOPANGA Receives Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon
TOPANGA, a company that plans, operates, and broadcasts tournaments and events primarily centered around fighting games, announced that it received the Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon.
TOPANGA has hosted the TOPANGA Charity Cup since 2011.
The fighting game event draws massive participation from pro gamers and gaming fans alike.
The company donates all proceeds, including entry fees and sponsorships, to the Tokyo Metropolitan Chapter of The Japanese Red Cross Society.
The 13th TOPANGA Charity Cup will take place on Saturday, January 27, 2024, and its proceeds will support disaster recovery in the affected areas as relief funds for the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
The 13th TOPANGA Charity Cup will feature a 5v5 team elimination tournament using Street Fighter 6.
The tournament will stream for free on YouTube and Twitch.
