On December 6th, 2019, ASUS released their tri-band Wi-Fi router, the RT-AX92U, which supports Wi-Fi 6(IEEE802.11ax)!
What is Wi-Fi 6?

Wi-Fi 6 is an easy way to express the technical name of IEEE802.11ax, which is based on standards decided by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), in order to make it easier for consumers to understand.
Wi-Fi 5 was made available in 2014 with the technical name of IEEE802.11ac, but Wi-Fi 6 has become the new (and faster) kid on the block, just made available this year.
While Wi-Fi 5 has a frequency of 5GHz, Wi-Fi 6 allows for the usage of 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, allowing for speeds of data transfer of up to 9.6Gbps.
In addition, the new frequency helps to avoid network congestion and improve battery performance in devices.
This new standard of Wi-Fi will undoubtedly revolutionize not only day-to-day activities, but gaming as well.

We definitely recomment the ASUS RT-AX92U, but...
There are still many phones and devices that don't support Wi-Fi 6 jsut yet, so we recommend waiting until there's more support for this fast device. But, should your main devices support Wi-Fi 6, the we recommend getting your hands on this router as soon as you can!
