Keychron has announced the Keychron Q1 HE 8K, a keyboard supporting an 8,000Hz polling rate and equipped with magnetic sensor switches.
Pre-sales have started on the crowdfunding site Makuake.

Supporting an 8,000Hz Polling Rate! Pre-sales Begin for the Keychron Q1 HE 8K
The Keychron Q1 HE 8K is a keyboard with wired 8,000Hz polling rate support.
Compared to standard 1,000Hz keyboards, it can process eight times the input information, detecting key operations in 0.125ms units to achieve a consistently stable response.
It utilizes HE (Magnetic) Sensor Switches, which detect the pressed position with high precision in 0.01mm units.
The non-contact structure ensures that input characteristics remain consistent even over long-term use, enabling a stable operating feel.
Additionally, it supports Rapid Trigger, Snap Click, One-Key Multi-Action, and Analog Mode, allowing it to be used for a wide range of purposes from professional work to competitive gaming.
Japanese layout and English layout models are available, featuring a 75% layout that balances work efficiency and space-saving.
Despite its high performance, it is designed to naturally blend into daily business and creative work without requiring special adjustments.
By using the Keychron Launcher, a configuration tool that runs in a web browser, you can adjust actuation points, configure HE functions, create macros, control RGB lighting, and more.
No software installation is necessary, allowing immediate access to your settings even if your PC environment changes.
Pre-sales for the Keychron Q1 HE 8K are currently being held on the crowdfunding site Makuake.
It can be purchased for as low as 31,000 JPY (including tax).
The sale period runs from Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM to Monday, March 30, 2026, at 10:00 PM.
