Japan's largest fighting game festival, EVO Japan 2026 presented by Leverages (hereinafter referred to as EVO Japan 2026).
In addition to the competitive scene, various companies set up booths to liven up the tournament!
This time, we will report on the Kingdom Heroes: Arena and MIZUNO booths!
Reporting on the Kingdom Heroes: Arena Booth!
First, we visited the booth for the new 3D fighting game, Kingdom Heroes: Arena!
Let's take a look at the exhibit for this title, whose official release is highly anticipated.
Visitors could try out the game, and many players from Japan and overseas were enjoying the varied action and fresh systems.
They were running a giveaway campaign where adding the game to your Steam Wishlist or filling out a survey entered you into a drawing to win a Brook Fighter Starburst!
Reporting on the MIZUNO Booth!
Next, we visited the MIZUNO booth.
The company is starting to make a full-scale entry into the esports industry.
We are curious to see what kind of product lineup they currently have.
There were plenty of exhibits centered around esports apparel.
Mizuno provides the uniforms worn by the players and staff of Japan's national sports teams.
It is exciting to think about seeing players wearing cool Mizuno apparel at international tournaments in the future!
The national team uniforms, featuring a blue base color, are packed with Mizuno's high technological capabilities, pursuing quick-drying properties and wearing comfort.
In addition, official apparel merchandise for CAPCOM CUP 12 was being sold at special prices!
Chun-Li looks dignified in the main visual.
The subtle accent on the chest is quite cute.
The large pocket at the waist looks convenient.
These three items are rare products that cannot currently be purchased at the official Mizuno store, and they were available at special prices.
It makes you debate whether to buy them...
While exploring, we found a panel that was hard to pass by.
It seems the Blanka-chan plush can be used for massage and training.
As a writer who mains Blanka, this naturally catches my attention.
The Blanka-chan Ballretch plushes were piled high!
It seems you can actually try them out, so let's give it a go!
Just like the product name suggests, it vibrates like crazy.
Applying this to a lower back or stiffened shoulders from SF6 seems like it would soothe the stiffness.
For product details, please check the official Mizuno website.
In addition to apparel and exercise goods, Mizuno is developing the HAGIBIS controller.
It is a controller with a unique design.
We were able to test it out while playing SF6!
The Mizuno logo is right in the center.
The contrast of seeing a familiar sports logo on a gaming device is interesting.
The left side has a layout suited for inputs like fine movements.
Meanwhile, the right side has a layout suited for executing complex finger movements like combos.
Juri illustrations are drawn on the buttons, making for a stylish design that Juri players would drool over.
Despite the unique design, it gave the impression of being easy to handle!
The controller is not flat, but has a moderate roundness and slant, so it naturally fits your fingers.
Please check the official Mizuno website for details.
And finally, the gaming chair!
This product is so multi-functional that we have to mention it.
Just like the controller, a Juri illustration is on the headrest.
Streaming in this chair would look great.
The backrest can adjust its vertical position.
The level of customization is extremely high, allowing you to create an environment tailored to yourself.
Reika (@SoprettyGyudon), who actually tried it, had this expression.
It seems very relaxing, and she ended up closing her eyes.
Reika waking up and stretching.
It is so comfortable that you might be able to live on top of this chair forever.
Please check the official MIZUNO website to view product details.
