The Japan Educational Foundation released a report on the Intel booth at TOKYO GAME SHOW 2023. The four students who won the "Street Fighter 6 Road to TOKYO GAME SHOW 2023" competition held prior to the show had a chance to gain hands-on work experience in the Intel booth, and also interviewed Street Fighter 6 producer Shuhei Matsumoto and Street Fighter 6 director Takayuki Nakayama. Four HAL Students Gain Work Experience at Intel Booth at TGS 2023
The "Tokyo Game Show 2023" was held in September 2023 and was a great success with a record number of 787 companies and organizations exhibiting. In the Intel booth, four HAL students who won the "STREET FIGHTER 6" Road to TOKYO GAME SHOW 2023 had a chance to try out their new jobs.
The four students provided support and assistance to visitors to the Intel booth as part of their work experience.
They also had the opportunity to ask questions to "Street Fighter 6" Producer Shuhei Matsumoto and Director Takayuki Nakayama, who appeared on a special stage to talk about behind-the-scenes game development and their actual work. At the end of the event, the students were presented with gifts from both producers and directors, a valuable opportunity made possible by the fact that they are students at HAL.

Q. How was your internship at the Tokyo Game Show and Intel booth?
I was very grateful that what I like to do is connected to being able to participate in an event that I normally would not be able to experience.
If it weren't for the competition, I wouldn't have been able to participate in the internship, so I am extremely grateful to HAL.
I was able to get a better harvest than I had imagined, and I was able to hear many more good things from the producers and directors than I had imagined.
