KOFes ", an offline event of "THE KING OF FIGHTERS", which had to be postponed due to the spread of the new coronavirus, will be held for the first time in three years! The event will be held at the Osaki Brightcore Hall in Shinagawa, Tokyo, on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
What is KOFes?
KOFes is one of Japan's largest "THE KING OF FIGHTERS" offline events that has been held since 2016, and has attracted attention from Japan and abroad, including attendance by overseas professional players. Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the last time the event was held was in 2019, but it will be held in 2022 after a three-year absence. In addition to tournament matches for the two titles "KOF XV" and "SAMURAI SHODOWN," the event will also include various programs such as cosplay events and voice actor events.
Scheduled Events
Tournament (11:00 - 19:00)
The two titles selected for this year's tournament are "KOF XV" and "SAMURAI SHODOWN". The matches will be broadcast on the KOFes 2022 distribution channel. Challengers who wish to participate in the tournament can apply for the tournament via the entry form, so sign up and fight against your rivals!
Cosplay Stage (15:00 - 16:00)
The KOFes venue will be open to cosplayers. There will be a stage event, and special prizes will be awarded by guest judges. Entries have closed due to oversubscription, but if you are attending KOFes on the day of the event, come and enjoy the event with cosplayers!
