Capcom's "Street Fighter" series is the gold standard for competitive fighting games.
In the latest "Street Fighter V", the last additional character " Luke " will be released on November 29, 2021, and all characters are now available.
Now that all characters are available for use, the real work begins, in a sense, from now on.
In 2022, the "Street Fighter" series will celebrate its 35th anniversary since the first "Street Fighter" was launched in arcades in 1987! Congratulations!
Since the series has a long history, we have a lot of materials such as various settings and original drawings of the characters.
It is still fresh in our minds that the "Street Fighter: The World of Stronger Than Me " exhibition was held in Fukuoka City in 2020, bringing together all of these materials.
The Street Fighter "World of Stronger Than Me" exhibition that inspired the world of the Corona Disaster will be held again in 2022, the 35th anniversary of the series!
The exhibition will be held in Shibuya and Kitakyushu!
To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the series in 2022, the Street Fighter "The World of Stronger Than Me" exhibition will travel to Shibuya, Tokyo and Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture!
Many people may have had a hard time visiting the exhibition in Fukuoka due to the current situation there, so we are sure that many of them will be able to visit the exhibition this time around if it is held again and in Shibuya and Kitakyushu.
Since the exhibition has already been held once in Fukuoka City, some images of the exhibition at that time are available for viewing, so let's get motivated until the exhibition is held!
Setting materials and precious original drawings from the time of development are on display!
"Can you shoot Hadoken?" There will also be plenty of hands-on content!
Life-size Chun-Li and M.Bison!
A must-see for fans! Original goods from the exhibition!
Shibuya in February! Kitakyushu in June!
Street Fighter: The World of Stronger Than Me" will be held at the Tokyo Anime Center in Shibuya from February 10, 2022 (Thu) to March 27, 2022 (Sun), and in Kitakyushu from June 18, 2022 (Sat) to August 7, 2022 (Sun) at the Kitakyushu Municipal Museum of Art Branch. The exhibition will travel around the city, but will be held at the Kitakyushu Municipal Museum of Art Branch.
The exhibition will travel around the world, but the destination after Kitakyushu has not yet been determined.
Witness with your own eyes the 35th anniversary of the "Street Fighter" series, which cannot be overlooked when discussing not only fighting games but also the global video game industry!
