NC Japan K.K. has released information about an update for the battle RPG Hoyeon. The new hero Poharan and the new guardian spirit Renka have been implemented in this update.

PR TIMESThe new title "Hoyeon" brings the world and characters of the PC online game "Blade & Soul" to life. An update was implemented on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. In this update, the first new hero since the official service began has appeared!

New Hero Poharan
A special hero with the fire attribute, an attack type, and a long-range. In the field, she uses a martial art that "attacks enemies and their surroundings to activate a target acquisition effect for a certain period of time." Her normal attack is a unique attack style that switches between single-target attacks and area-of-effect attacks.
New Guardian Spirit Renka
Renka is a legendary guardian spirit with the fire attribute. It is possible to obtain effects such as a reduced cooldown time for secret martial arts and additional damage for the fire attribute!
The new hero Poharan has been appearing in the limited hero recruitment since Wednesday, September 25, 2024. The end date for the hero recruitment is to be announced separately, but please be careful not to miss out! Additionally, new costumes for various other heroes, including Poharan, are also scheduled to appear, so be sure to check them out as well.
