Overview of the Booth Exhibition

Scenes from the Final On-Campus Judging Session
PR TIMES

This time, a total of nine works were exhibited: eight that passed the rigorous on-campus selection process in the digital games category, and one created as part of the “Project Seminar” course.
Each work goes beyond mere game development; they demonstrate creative ingenuity that delves deeply into everything from UI to experience design—such as the creation of custom controllers (hardware) tailored to the game’s worldview.

In addition, six graphic artworks and two works by students from Osaka Electro-Communication University High School were also on display.
The results of the creator education programs implemented at both the high school and university levels were showcased to the public.

"Third Campus": Osaka University of Electro-Communications Meta Campus
PR TIMES

In addition, the “Third Campus ”—a next-generation educational platform launched this spring on the metaverse platform “cluster”—will be unveiled.
Within this campus, visitors can explore a VR world created as the second installment of the “Den-Tsukun Project,” an industry-academia collaboration with Toei Co., Ltd.’s Tsukun Research Institute.
Visitors will be able to experience the possibilities of new forms of learning and expression made possible through industry-academia collaboration.

Furthermore, “OECU eSports,” one of the university’s designated priority clubs, will be exhibiting at its own standalone booth for the first time.
The club will present a multifaceted overview of its efforts to cultivate talent capable of thriving at the forefront of digital society—not only through competitive e-sports activities but also through event management and streaming technology.

The design of the entire exhibition space was handled by students in the Spatial Design major of the School of Architecture and Design, and the booth is said to embody the “fusion of play and learning ” through three-dimensional presentation.
Furthermore, the students who worked on the project will personally explain their work to visitors.
Be sure to visit TGS 2026 to experience firsthand the growth and achievements of these promising student creators.
