GauG, a community platform for gamers, announced that it will stop handling "GauG Coins" issued on the platform at 1:00 p.m. on August 31, 2024 (Saturday). In addition, the company also announced that the sales of "GauG Coins," the "Sponsor Anyone" function, and the "GauG Coin Exchange" function will be terminated gradually.
GauG Coins will no longer be available
GauG, a community platform that released its beta version in June 2021, had a number of unique features, including the ability to find friends to play games with and the "Sponsor Anyone" feature, which allows users to donate GauG coins, a dedicated currency, to tournaments. The GauG Coins were available for use in 2024 and 2025.
The GauG coin service will end on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Sales and refunds of GauG coins will begin on July 1, 2024 (Monday).
There has been no announcement of the termination of the "GauG" service itself, and it is assumed that the development of new NFT x Fantasy Sports x eSports services will continue.
