The Ashen Exorcist, Locke, is officially coming in Patch 26.13!
Wielding nails as weapons, Corvin Locke is a descendant of Demacian occultists.
Having realized at a young age that the darkness within humans attracts demons, he continues to expose and cleanse the darkness of human souls today.
Passive - Silver Stake
Locke's attacks deal additional magic damage On-Hit, increased based on enemy missing Health.
Riot Games is developing Locke as an assassin champion.
Since magic damage is guaranteed through his Passive, maybe a Lethality build could work...?
Q - Ritual Nails
Locke readies a set of Soul Nails to throw, dealing damage to and marking enemies hit. Locke can consume the marks to deal bonus damage with his attacks.
This Q skill looks like it can be recast multiple times, similar to Nunu & Willump's E skill or Naafiri's Q skill.
The fact that it provides benefits even without consuming stacks seems incredibly strong.
W - Soul Ignition
Locke ignites his soul, gaining Attack Speed and Move Speed, and dealing damage to himself. At the end of the duration, Locke will heal back a portion of the damage he takes during the effect.
The W skill is the main source of the mobility essential for an assassin champion.
Defeat enemies quickly while sacrificing your own health!
E - Ashen Pursuit
Locke teleports to a location before dashing to attack his next target, dealing damage to enemies passed through.
The E skill, which supplements his mobility, also features a dash that can cross walls.
Since the cooldown resets on kills or assists, you can easily picture consecutive chain kills typical of an assassin.
R - Purgatory
Locke throws a binding artifact that deals damage and potentially executes enemies hit. Locke gains additional power for sealing away enemy champions.
The totem executes enemy champions within its range.
Furthermore, picking up the totem that dealt the finishing blow permanently increases the health threshold for executing enemies.
If you keep racking up kills, there will be no stopping you.
