The second Closed Beta Test for "MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls" on PlayStation 5 is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, December 5, 2025. Following the previous Closed Beta Test and its presence at the "Tokyo Game Show 2025," this offers another opportunity for players around the world to try out the game.
New Elements in the Second Closed Beta Test for "MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls"!
In the second Closed Beta Test for "MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls," a total of 8 characters will be playable, including the new additions of Spider-Man and Ghost Rider! Additionally, new battle stages—Savage Land and X-Mansion—which feature unique stage gimmicks, will be introduced.
Based on feedback from the previous Closed Beta Test, many improvements, such as game balance adjustments, performance optimization, and visual enhancements, have been implemented.
The second Closed Beta Test will run from 5:00 PM on Friday, December 5, 2025, to 5:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025. The available modes will include CPU Battles and Online Matches on Friday, December 5, and Saturday, December 6, 2025, with only Online Matches available on Sunday, December 7. Participation methods are as follows:
- Those who participated in the previous "MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls" beta test will be automatically registered. A reminder email will be sent from PlayStation within a few weeks.
- Those who previously registered to participate but did not take part in the previous beta test should check their invitation email.
