Users who have been using "NURO HIKARI 2 Giga" for more than one year can upgrade to "NURO HIKARI 10 Giga" with a maximum transmission speed of 10 Gbps at no transition fee!

Sony Network Communications Inc. has begun accepting applications for free upgrade to "NURO HIKARI 10 Giga" for users who have been using "NURO HIKARI 2 Giga" for more than one year. This is a chance to experience super high-speed 10Gbps with no remaining installation fee, no contract cancellation fee, and no administration fee!
Upgrade Eligibility
Users who meet all of the following conditions are eligible for the free upgrade.
- "NURO Hikari 2 Giga (3-year contract)/2 Giga (2-year contract)/2 Giga (no contract term)" or "NURO Hikari G2/G2T/G2D/G2N/G2V/TW" for more than 1 year
- You are in the "NURO HIKARI 10 Gigabit" service area.
- Have registered a credit card as the payment method

To apply for the upgrade, go to the "NURO Hikari" User My Page. The service will be available as soon as the installation date is reserved and the installation crew completes replacing the Wi-Fi6-compatible ONU-integrated router!
Please note that "NURO Hikari 2Gig" will be automatically cancelled after the switchover, but if the user cancels the service, he/she will not be eligible for the upgrade.
