announced on its official website that Pokémon Center Kanazawa will open in late November 2020 in Kanazawa Forus, a large-scale commercial facility in front of the station in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The first store to open in the Hokuriku region
The Pokémon Center is a specialty store selling Pokémon-related products operated by Pokémon Center Co.
In addition to products sold at other mass retailers and toy stores, the Pokémon Center offers a wide variety of original goods, Pokémon game software, and the game consoles necessary to play them, making it an irresistible facility for Pokémon lovers.
There are currently 28 Pokémon Centers throughout Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
Until now, there has been no store in the Hokuriku region, but now a Pokémon Center Kanazawa has been decided to open.
The Pokémon Center Kanazawa is inspired by the beauty of the Hokuriku region, and when you pass through the entrance gate, you will see Mirokaros, said to be the most beautiful Pokémon, peeking out from the water.
In addition, the center plans to launch products and hold campaigns to commemorate the opening.
