Pokémon Inc. announced on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, that it will hold the "National High School Pokémon Unite Championship (also known as Pokémon Unite Koshien)," a high school competition for the team strategy battle game "Pokémon Unite.
Outline of "Pokémon Unite Koshien
This tournament is open to any team of five students from the same high school for free!
The winning team will receive a special trophy.
NTV's e-sports support program "eGG" is cooperating fully with the tournament, and will be introducing the tournament in the program.
In addition, a play-by-play audition will be held from the general public!
The winner of the audition will receive the right to play in the final of the tournament.

The cheer leader is Nicole Fujita
Nicole Fujita will be the cheer leader for Pokémon Koshien.
She has experience as a voice actress for the "Pokemon Sun & Moon" anime series and is very popular among high school students, so she is sure to liven up the competition!
